Andromeda Research Labs can repair or replace your Bluechip-Pro programmer.  If you need to have your unit serviced please contact us for a return authorization number and return instructions.  If you would prefer to purchase a replacement unit the AR-32A is a compatible replacement. You may also acquire replacement clips, probes and other accessories including adapters and power pack.
