The primary carrier used by Andromeda Research is United Parcel Service (UPS).
Orders are normally shipped by UPS surface. The maximum
time in transit is 5 days. F.O.B point is Cincinnati, Ohio.
The cost for shipping and handling to any location in
the domestic United States is $11.00 by
UPS SURFACE.
We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and
Next Day Air within
the domestic United States.
Note: Please contact us for current
2nd and next day air rates.
Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day after
receipt of payment.
We also ship by Federal Express
or U.S. Mail if requested. Other shipping
services are also available.
CREDIT CARD - We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. If you choose to pay by credit card we require the card number, card expiration date, card holder's name and card billing address.
ELECTRONIC INVOICE -
You may request that we email an ELECTRONIC
INVOICE for the items you wish to purchase.
The ELECTRONIC INVOICE is
a secure service provided by PayPal. You may pay the invoice
on-line using any credit card accepted by PayPal or from a PayPal
account. The ELECTRONIC
INVOICE is completely safe
and processed by the encrypted security of the PayPal system.
PAYPAL - We accept payment by PayPal and are a PayPal
verified business account.

C.O.D. - Your order can be shipped UPS C.O.D. within the domestic United States and Puerto Rico. There is an additional $7.00 charge for C.O.D. processing by United Parcel Service. Note: UPS will not accept cash. You must pay by money order or pre-approved business check.
PERSONAL CHECK - If you order by mail you may pay by personal check. There is a delay to allow your check to clear.
COMPANY PURCHASE ORDER
- We accept Purchase Orders from companies when mailed or FAXed.
The Purchase Order must be signed
and include the "Ship to" and "Bill
to" addresses. The PO must also include the
company's telephone number and the name of a contact person in
purchasing.
NOTE: For new accounts company
credit references must be included. New
accounts may take up to two weeks to establish.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Purchase requisitions. You must submit a signed purchase order
with a valid purchase order number.
