I. PRODUCT RETURNS
Products cannot be returned once the package is received and opened. At this point the contents are considered used.
NOTE: Products can be returned for warranty repair during the warranty period (13 month from date of purchase).
NOTE: Out of warranty products can be returned for repair (repair charge applies) by obtaining a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) number) before shipment.
NOTE: A valid RMA number may be obtained by email (arlabs@fuse.net) or phone (513/831-9708)
EXCEPTIONS: Wear items including clips, probes and adapter sockets cannot be returned after 90 days

II. STANDARD PRODUCT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
A standard product (kits, cables, probes, adapters) refund will be issued subject to the following conditions.
1. If the product order was placed and paid using a third party payment processor (credit card or PayPal) the amount refunded will NOT include the charges assessed by the payment processing service.
This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
NOTE: Refunds are normally processed and issued within 30 (thirty) days following the cancellation.
2. If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped and the delivery is refused, the returned product will be subject to a 50% unpacking, testing and restocking charge. Shipping and any subsequent charges incurred by Andromeda Research will not be refunded.
III. CUSTOM PRODUCT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customer requested custom product orders (cables, probes, adapters, etc.)
cannot be cancelled once work has begun. If work has begun (design or construction) no refunds will be issued.
